BigWin Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Usage Guide for Malaysia

To register and use the BigWin platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. BigWin reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to close any account found to be non-compliant.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. BigWin conducts age verification and reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time.
• Location: The BigWin platform is accessed and used entirely at the user's own risk. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws.
• One Account Only: Each person is permitted to hold only one BigWin account. Registering multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any balances and winnings.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. Your name, phone number, and other details must match your real identity.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with BigWin.
• Non-BigWin Employees: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of BigWin employees are not permitted to hold active player accounts.

Your BigWin account is a personal asset that cannot be transferred to another person. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your account, including all bets placed and all financial transactions.

• Accounts cannot be transferred, sold, or given to any other party.
• The use of automated software, bots, or systems that simulate human behaviour for betting purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical bugs, or engage in fraudulent activity is a serious violation.
• Players are responsible for keeping their account information up to date — particularly their phone number and payment method.
• BigWin reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee after notice has been given.

BigWin supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods to make deposits and withdrawals as convenient as possible. All financial transactions are processed through secure, protected channels.

• Minimum Deposit: RM10 per transaction for all available payment methods.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM30 per withdrawal request. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified method on file.
• Processing Time: Deposits are processed instantly. DuitNow and eWallet withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours. FPX bank transfers are subject to the operating hours of the respective bank.
• Identity Verification: Withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 may require additional identity verification to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• Foreign Currency: All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) only. Any foreign currency conversion, where applicable, is the responsibility of the chosen payment provider.
• Unused Funds: Deposited funds that have not been used for betting may be withdrawn in full with no deductions, subject to any applicable bonus terms.
• BigWin does not accept payments from third-party credit cards or accounts not held in the name of the registered user.

• Betting Limit During Bonus: Single bets exceeding 10% of the bonus value during the wagering period may not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a stated validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose requirements are not met within that period will be automatically forfeited.
• Eligible Sports: Not all betting markets contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. The specific terms are outlined in each individual bonus offer.
• BigWin reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or betting strategies deemed to constitute bonus mining, is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the account.

Sports Betting at BigWin covers a wide range of formats, including Malaysian Super League and EPL football, IPL and T20 World Cup cricket, BWF badminton, MPL Malaysia esports, and much more. The following rules apply to all Sports Betting activity on the BigWin platform.

• Finality of Results: Match results recognised by the relevant sports governing body are final. BigWin uses official sources to determine all outcomes.
• Odds: Odds displayed reflect the current price at the time a bet is placed. Odds may change before the bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets are not affected by any odds movement after confirmation.
• Postponed or Cancelled Matches: If a match is postponed and not resumed within 24 hours, all pending bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets accepted during a match are valid based on the match conditions at the time the bet is received by the system. Delays in data transmission do not entitle users to cancel a bet.
• Win Limits: Maximum win limits per bet and per session may apply depending on the market type and match. These limits are displayed within the platform.
• Odds Errors: In the event of a technical error that causes clearly incorrect odds to be displayed, BigWin reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stakes to players.
• Bet Confirmation: Bets are only considered valid once confirmation is received by the BigWin system. Players are responsible for ensuring their bet has been accepted before closing the application.

The BigWin Live Casino section offers Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and a variety of other games with real-time live dealers. The following rules apply to all Live Casino activity.

• Final Results: Results displayed on the game screen are final and binding. Any disputes must be submitted within 24 hours of the game in question.

BigWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account for reasons related to security, terms violations, or suspicious activity. Players may also request account closure at their own discretion.

• Temporary Suspension: BigWin may temporarily suspend an account while an investigation is conducted into suspicious activity or a filed dispute.
• Permanent Closure: Serious breaches of these Terms & Conditions may result in permanent account closure. Any remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation, provided no fraud or confirmed violations are found.
• Player Requests: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the BigWin support team. Any net balance will be returned to the registered payment method.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts showing no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. A notice will be sent before any action is taken.
